This map is a result of my second lab in my cartographic graphic design course. We were required to design a visually-complex, highly realistic reference basemap. With this, we demonstrated our knowledge of terrain representation, and static representations of time and procedural visual cues. We created a route for a bike tour similar to the Tour de France which was completed in 21 days and covered roughly 2,100 miles.
